The End

Vandi and I attended the Pilgrim's Mass at the Cathedral in Santiago.  It is known for swinging a huge botafumeiro (incense burner) at the end of the mass.  This botafumeiro has been used since the Middle Ages as an instrument of purification in a crowded cathedral....translated to mean "to mask the smell of the pilgrims"!  Quite something to see!
